California health officials announced that regional stay-at-home orders have been lifted across the state Monday. This move comes in response to the improving coronavirus conditions.
The state of California has been returned to the county-by-county restrictions system. The lifting of the stay-at-home orders will allow businesses such as restaurants to resume outdoor operations in many locations, although local officials are free to continue with stricter rules.
Governor Gavin Newsom is expected to address the public later on Monday afternoon.
Restaurants in the Downtown Disney District could reopen to guests due to this change, but we’ll need to wait and see if an official announcement is made.
The state has also lifted its 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. curfew.
