On their Facebook page, the Disney College Program has announced that beginning June 4, 2023, all participants will be hired at $16 per hour. This is a $2 per hour increase in pay from the prior starting wage of $14 per hour.
The post also states that the raise will apply not only to current participants but to future ones as well.

Last month, the unions representing a majority of Walt Disney World cast members approved their new contracts with a salary increase.
The Disney College Program is currently recruiting for program arrival dates between May 2023 and October 2023. Departure dates will begin no earlier than January 2024.
