While all four Walt Disney World theme parks, as well as Disney Springs, are all dressed up for the holiday season, these locations will close prior to midnight on New Year’s Eve.
Disney is continuing to follow health and safety measures that have been put into place during their phased reopening to help foster physical distancing.
New Year’s Eve Hours of Operation
* Magic Kingdom, 8:00 am – 11:00 pm
* EPCOT, 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
* Disney’s Hollywood Studios, 9:00 am – 9:00 pm
* Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, 7:00 am – 8:00 pm
* Disney Springs, 10:00 am – 11:00 pm
Disney Resort hotels will be offering fun and festive activities for registered guests.
In addition, pre-recorded fireworks and other holiday offerings will be available to stream on in-room televisions to help guests ring in the new year. A New Year’s Eve party basket designed for the occasion will be available for purchase as well.
- Create your own in-room celebration with food, beverages and other celebratory items available for purchase
- Disney Floral & Gifts holiday baskets are available for purchase, including champagne and room décor, along with hats and noisemakers
- Select Resort merchandise locations will be open late on December 31st—until after midnight—and will sell champagne in full and individual-sized bottles, along with board games and other activities to enjoy in-room
- Fireworks (previously recorded) streaming on in-room TV and the My Disney Experience app—including Minnie’s holiday fireworks, Candlelight Processional and New Year’s Eve Fireworks
- Scavenger hunts and New Year’s Eve crafts, varying by Resort locations
- Quick-service restaurants, pool bars and lounges at Disney Resort hotels will be open late—until after midnight—on December 31st
