Disney hotels 89 percent full during first quarter of 2015

Hotel occupancy for the U.S. Walt Disney resorts hit 89 percent in the first quarter of 2015. Last quarter’s rate was 81 percent, but CFO Jay Rasulo said they probably wouldn’t see the numbers go much higher.

He told analysts, “I think hoteliers in general will tell you that to try to fill a hotel beyond 89 percent, 90 percent, 91 percent, is extremely difficult. موقع ٣٦٥ To go beyond that, it takes too many match-ups of people who are staying three nights checking out replaced by five nights replaced in rapid succession, it becomes quite difficult.
