Walt Disney Imagineering has released a new video showing a series of working models to be used for the ‘Tropical Americas’ expansion we heard about at the 2023 Destination D23 Event. In the video below, we are shown some of the research that’s being done in Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula to create the new area that would replace DinoLand U.S.A. in Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World.
As you can see in the concept art at the top of this post, an Indiana Jones attraction would potentially replace DINOSAUR, and the familiar casita from Disney’s Encanto would replace Dino-Rama.
