The Walt Disney Company has once again proven its creative dominance in family entertainment, earning a record-breaking 103 nominations for the 2025 Children’s & Family Emmy Awards – the highest total in the company’s history.
The impressive recognition spans Disney’s vast portfolio of studios and content brands, including Disney Branded Television, Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios, Marvel Animation, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, and National Geographic. Together, they reflect the company’s unparalleled range in storytelling for kids, teens, and families.
Disney+ led the charge as the primary platform for Disney’s family programming, receiving 102 nominations in total. Among its standout titles, Lucasfilm’s Star Wars: Skeleton Crew emerged as the most-nominated series of the year, with 17 nods, including the coveted Outstanding Young Teen Series category.
Disney Branded Television – the powerhouse behind much of Disney’s beloved live-action and animated content – continues to supply Disney+, Disney Channel, Disney XD, and Disney Junior with a steady lineup of high-quality programming. The division’s commitment to producing engaging and age-appropriate entertainment has cemented Disney’s position as a leader in children’s media.
From preschool favorites to cutting-edge animated adventures and live-action hits, Disney’s nominations this year span nearly every genre and audience segment.
