According to Orange County public records, Disney has purchased 26.3 acres for $1.05 million; approximately $39,923 per acre.
The land is located west of the Magic Kingdom on the southeastern shore of Reedy Lake. Lake Reedy Development Group LLC was the seller and the purchaser is listed as Celebration Co.

According to the Orlando Business Journal, Disney did not offer any additional comment on the purchase.
