Disney World Employees Among 281 Arrested in Florida Sting

Several Walt Disney World employees and a former Mickey Mouse performer are among 281 people arrested during a major undercover operation targeting child predators and human trafficking in Central Florida.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office announced the results of the seven-day investigation on Friday, October 30, 2026. The operation, called “Polk Around and Find Out II,” involved multiple local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies and resulted in 488 criminal charges, including 198 felonies and 290 misdemeanors.

According to investigators, 17 of those arrested reported working at local theme parks or resorts, including Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Seven of those individuals were arrested as part of the child predator investigation.

Former Mickey Mouse Performer Among Those Arrested

One of the arrests receiving national attention involves 24-year-old Collin Klaco, who reportedly told investigators that he previously worked as a Mickey Mouse character performer at Walt Disney World.

According to the sheriff’s office, Klaco communicated online with an undercover detective posing as the guardian of a 13-year-old boy. Investigators allege that he discussed sexual activity involving the child before traveling to an arranged meeting location, where he was arrested.

Detectives reported finding diapers and wipes in a backpack Klaco brought to the location.

Klaco faces several felony charges, including traveling to meet a minor, using a computer to solicit a guardian, and attempted lewd or lascivious battery on a minor.

TMZ also reported on Klaco’s arrest Friday, highlighting his former role as a Disney character performer.

Other individuals identified in the investigation include 24-year-old Adam Snyder, who told detectives he worked in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Investigators reported finding part of his Disney uniform and employee identification in his vehicle.

Additional suspects told authorities they worked in Disney food services, human resources, and at the Slinky Dog Dash attraction.

Disney and Universal Employees Terminated

According to FOX 13 Tampa Bay, Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando have terminated employees arrested in connection with the operation.

The investigation extended well beyond theme park employees. Of the 281 arrests, 31 were connected to the child predator investigation, 239 involved prostitution-related offenses, and 11 were classified as other arrests.

Investigators also identified 11 potential human trafficking victims, who were offered assistance through social service organizations.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd emphasized the importance of parents remaining aware of their children’s online activities and the adults interacting with them.

The investigation included assistance from numerous agencies, including the Florida Attorney General’s Office, the Department of Homeland Security, and several Central Florida law enforcement departments.

All individuals arrested are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

The complete details of the investigation are available in the official Polk County Sheriff’s Office report.
