Disneyland Adds Lyft Discounts for Good Neighbor Hotel Guests

Disneyland Resort is making it a little easier and less expensive for off-site guests to get to the parks, thanks to a new partnership with Lyft that focuses on convenience and flexibility.

The resort has teamed up with the rideshare company to offer discounted transportation options for guests staying at Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor Hotels, giving visitors another way to move between their hotel and the parks without relying on shuttles or driving themselves.

For many guests, especially those staying just outside the resort area, transportation can be one of the more frustrating parts of a Disneyland trip. Hotel shuttles often run on limited schedules, and parking at the parks involves both cost and time considerations. This new Lyft offer is clearly designed to fill that gap with a more on-demand option.

As part of the promotion, Disney and Lyft are offering two different discounts depending on whether you’re a new or existing user:

  • New Lyft users can use code 50MAGIC to receive 50% off two rides
  • Existing Lyft users can use code XL10 to receive 10% off one XL ride to the parks

The promotion runs from May 28 through September 8, 2026, covering the busy summer travel season at Disneyland Resort.

While this certainly doesn’t replace existing transportation options, using a Rideshare service gives guests more control over their schedule. Instead of waiting for a shuttle or coordinating group transportation, visitors can request a ride when they’re ready to head to the parks or return to their hotel at the end of the day.

It’s also worth noting that these Disney-approved nearby accommodations often offer a more budget-friendly alternative to staying on Disney property.

For families or groups already planning to use rideshare during their trip, even a small discount can add up over multiple park days. And for first-time Lyft users, that 50% offer could make this an easy option to try.

As Disneyland continues to look for ways to improve the guest experience beyond the parks themselves, these kinds of partnerships show a more of a focus on the full vacation journey, not just what happens once you’re inside the gates.
