Disneyland’s Circle D Corral is Zero Waste Certified

Circle D Corral, a working ranch that is home to the animals of the Disneyland Resort, is now gold-level Zero Waste certified by the U.S. Zero Waste Business Council.

Circle D Corral not only composts all animal waste and hay scraps it produces, it also collects the hand towels and laundry lint from the Disneyland Hotel and coffee grounds from Disneyland Resort restaurants to add to the compost heap.  Combine that with the recycling of paper, cardboard, plastics and metals and Circle D Corral reaches 99% of its waste repurposed, composted or recycled.
