Disneyland Resort guests got their first official look at something many families have been waiting for: the “Bluey’s Best Day Ever!” marquee has now been installed ahead of the experience’s debut later this month.
Disney shared the reveal on social media with the playful caption, “Look what just went uppy! Here’s your first look at the ‘Bluey’s Best Day Ever!’ marquee before Bluey and Bingo officially arrive at Disneyland March 22.”
The colorful sign sits atop a charming wooden archway labeled “Fun Fair,” welcoming guests into the new themed area inspired by the hit animated series. Banners and bright decorations feature Bluey herself alongside the phrase “Bluey’s Best Day Ever!”, instantly signaling that something special is about to arrive at the park.
Beginning March 22, fans visiting Disneyland Park will be able to meet Bluey and Bingo in real life as part of the limited-time experience – which we REALLY hope will stick around for a long time. The beloved characters from the wildly popular children’s series have quickly become fan favorites around the world, and their arrival at Disneyland is expected to draw plenty of excited families, including mine!
The installation of the marquee is the first visible sign that the experience is nearly ready for guests. The rustic design of the entrance fits right into the surrounding area while still capturing the playful, colorful spirit that defines the show.
For fans of the series, the opportunity to meet Bluey and Bingo in person is a pretty big deal. The Australian animated show has exploded in popularity over the last few years, thanks to its heartfelt storytelling and humor that resonates with both kids and adults. Bringing the characters into the theme parks is going to be awesome and we hope that Disney continues expanding the show’s presence across its experiences.
I can’t wait to see this in person. I’m visiting Disneyland later this month and am already counting down the days until I get to experience “Bluey’s Best Day Ever!” for myself. Getting the chance to meet Bluey and Bingo in real life is going to be such a fun moment. My little nephew is going to lose his mind when he sees that I met them!
