Darreck Michael Enciso has been ordered spend a year in jail, complete five years of probation and register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to several crimes relating to an arrest last July.
Enciso was charged with several felony counts, including attempted lewd act upon a child, contacting a child with the intent to commit a specified sex crime, and meeting a minor with the intent to engage in lewd conduct.
Enciso was arrested after agreeing to meet an undercover Huntington Beach police officer posing as a 14-year-old girl who replied to an ad Enciso placed on Craigslist offering Disneyland tickets in exchange for sex.
Enciso could have faced up to four years in jail.
