Disney has just revealed details on new appetizers, entrees, and enhancements that are coming to the menu at The Hollywood Brown Derby in Disney’s Hollywood Studios – let’s take a look!
Appetizers
- House-made Ravioli: English peas, carrot purée, and pickled alba mushrooms
- Creamy Corn Bisque: Crab salad and saffron crème fraîche
- Sake-braised Pork Belly: Apple-ginger purée, shiitake mushrooms, tasso ham, and shiso
- Grand Marnier Liqueur-macerated Seasonal Fruit Burrata: Lollo rosso, frisée, caramelized spiced pine nuts, and citrus vinaigrette
Entrées
- Filet Mignon: Potato-carrot mash, spicy broccoli rabe, black garlic butter, and madeira demi
