The Disneyland Resort has announced an opening date for Frozen-Live at the Hyperion, which replaces Aladdin-A Musical Spectacular in the Hollywood Land area of Disney California Adventure.
The new musical officially opens May 27, 2016 and includes elaborate costumes and sets, exciting special effects and, of course, show-stopping production numbers.
Dana Harrel, Portfolio Creative Entertainment Executive for Walt Disney Imagineering, hopes that the production “will stay true to the heart and soul of the film.’
With the new musical on the way, “For the First Time In Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration” will be closing. The last performance is scheduled for April 17, 2016.
