April has officially arrived, and with it comes a fresh lineup of over-the-top treats and limited-time offerings at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs.

Leading the charge this month is the return of the fan-favorite PB Chocolate Swirl Cookie, a nearly half-pound creation that combines Gideon’s signature peanut butter dough with rich triple chocolate dough. This cookie is full of chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and housemade candied peanuts, making it one of the most indulgent offerings this month. It’s available daily throughout April at both locations (East End Market and Disney Springs), while supplies last, with a limit of two per person.

For those looking to take things even further, the PB Chocolate Deluxe Cake layers peanut butter cake with a center layer of chocolate cake, finished with swirled peanut butter and chocolate buttercreams and topped with peanut butter ganache and mini chips. Slices will be available every Wednesday and Saturday in April, with whole cakes offered for preorder throughout the month.

To pair with these rich desserts, Gideon’s is also bringing back its Dark Mocha Nitro Cold Brew, a bold, coffee-forward option available exclusively at the Disney Springs location for April.

Seasonal offerings are also part of the lineup. Guests visiting before Easter can enjoy a Coconut Cake and a Carrot Cake Cookie, both available for a limited time through the holiday. Additional rotating cake slices will appear throughout the month, including Pineapple Dream Cake on Sundays and a twist on the bakery’s Red Velvet Cake featuring white chocolate detailing.
Beyond the sweets, Gideon’s is also releasing a new batch of limited-edition merchandise and collectible art pieces, including apparel, pins, and prints available in limited quantities.



As always, these offerings are available while supplies last, and if history is any indication, many of these items won’t last long each day.
