It’s February, and that means that Gideon’s Bakehouse has new cake slices and cookie flavors you don’t want to miss if you plan on visiting their Disney Springs location at Walt Disney World. Love is in the air with their popular Eternal Flame cookie pictured above.
This popular treat is described as a “Velvety Chocolate Cookie laced with our special in-house Ancho, Cayenne, and Cinnamon Spice Mix, infused with a magical essence of cherry and topped with Chocolate Covered Cherries. It’s a deep chocolate flavor followed by the tingling warmth of a first kiss and the sweet presence of cherries. The one you’ve been waiting for your entire life is here, and it loves you without condition, eternally. Heat Level to our palate: Medium.”
A February First: White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie! We can’t just give you a standard version! Our homemade Salted Caramel is what makes this Cookie so extra special. The caramel bakes right in and sometimes even explodes right out to offer you a Cookie that is fun and packed with flavors. We’ve added a generous coating of delicious Macadamia Nut Crumble to the top!
Both of these special cookies with be available daily at both the Disney Springs and East End Market locations while supplies last. There is a purchase limit of two per person.
The Eternal Flame Cake is a 3-Layer Double Frosted Chocolate work of art! One layer is a lovingly made Red Cherry Buttercream, and the outer layer brings the intensity with a Chocolate Fudge Buttercream mixed with a little bit of that Eternal Flame spice. This beautiful cake features Cherry Roses that love so hard they bleed red ganache for you. Heat Level to our palate: Entry Level (aka Pffft, you think that’s hot?) Slices are available every Sunday and Thursday.

The Strawberry Cream Cake is a must for lovers of this passionate fruit! Three layers of our incredibly soft Strawberry Cake, Strawberry Buttercream, and accents of Chocolate Ganache because of course! Each slice is topped with a Strawberry Buttercream Rose. Made with real food, not artificial flavors! Slices are available every Wednesday and Saturday!

The alluring Valentina’s Cake is our Classic Red Velvet Cake covered in a light and fluffy new Cookies & Cream Marshmallow Buttercream and accented with our unique Black Marshmallow Buttercream Ribbons and Red Ganache!
