Gideon’s Bakehouse has another limited-time creation in the bakery this weekend, and this one takes the classic cookies-and-cream combination in a very Gideon’s direction.
The Oreo Double Stuffed Sugar Cookie is making its debut for only four days in August, including August 8-9 and August 15-16. You’ll be able to find it at both Gideon’s Bakehouse locations, including the shop at Disney Springs.
And yes, the photos are every bit as ridiculous as you’d expect.

The new cookie starts with a rich chocolate dough made with Black Cocoa Ganache. Inside, Gideon’s has stuffed a big chunk of Cookies & Cream White Chocolate Faux Fudge, giving you that creamy center surrounded by all that dark chocolate cookie. The outside gets completely covered in crunchy sanding sugar, which makes the whole thing look like it’s sparkling.
Gideon’s owner Steve Lewis has jokingly admitted in the past that the bakery’s classic Cookies & Cream Cookie isn’t necessarily his personal favorite, despite how popular it is with customers. This new version apparently changed his mind. In the Instagram announcement, Lewis said he loved the Stuffed Sugar Cookie version so much that he ate the middle out of every cookie used in the promotional photo. Looking at that filling, I can’t exactly blame him.
There are a few important details to keep in mind before heading over to grab one. The Oreo Double Stuffed Sugar Cookie is limited to two per person and will be sold first come, first served while supplies last each day. Gideon’s will not accept preorders for this one.
You can find the cookie at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs and the original East End Market location on August 8, 9, 15, and 16.
With only four days, well, three really, to get your hands on one, this is definitely not a “maybe I’ll grab one next time” situation. And that Cookies & Cream Faux Fudge center? Yeah, that’s the part I want too.
