Gordon Ramsay’s The Carnaby Is NOW OPEN at Disneyland Resort

Disneyland Resort guests have a brand-new dining option to check out, as Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby officially opened its doors today in the Downtown Disney District.

The highly anticipated restaurant brings Chef Gordon Ramsay’s take on elevated British comfort food to Disneyland Resort, all wrapped up in a lively atmosphere inspired by London’s iconic Carnaby Street during the 1960s. After months of construction updates and sneak peeks inside the space, guests can finally pull up a chair and experience it for themselves.

The menu includes several of Ramsay’s signature dishes, such as his famous Beef Wellington, classic Fish & Chips served with triple-cooked fries, and a Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. Traditional British favorites like Bangers & Mash and Cottage Pie are also on the menu, with other internationally inspired entrees such as Branzino, Chicken Milanese, and Chickpea Tikka Masala round out the offerings.

The Carnaby is now open for dinner nightly from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. In the coming months, the restaurant will start serving breakfast and lunch, helping to transform the venue into a lively spot for both daytime dining and evening gatherings.

The Carnaby is on the second floor above the new Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney. This restaurant is Gordon Ramsay’s first at the Disneyland Resort. Inside, you will find warm wood accents, brass lighting, colorful artwork, and large windows that look out over the shopping district. The design makes the space feel both polished and welcoming.

If you’ve been following the restaurant’s progress, it’s exciting to finally see the doors open after months of anticipation. Whether you’re a longtime Gordon Ramsay fan or simply looking for a new place to dine during your Disneyland visit, The Carnaby adds another unique option to Downtown Disney’s growing lineup of restaurants.

Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made via OpenTable. If you’re planning a Disneyland Resort trip in the near future, this newest addition may be worth adding to your dining plans.
