
STK Orlando, the new steakhouse coming to Disney Springs, has named a head chef. James O’Donnell will run all day-to-day kitchen operations of the restaurant, which will employee about 70 people. سباق خيول
O’Donnell has worked as executive chef at House of Blues in Los Angeles and Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse in Connecticut’s Mohegan Sun Casinso, as well as acting as director of culinary operations for Cornerstone Management and Consulting, which had him overseeing eight restaurants in North America.
STK Orlando is set to open this spring.
