The House of Blues Orlando located on the West Side of Disney Springs is getting ready to launch a new Bayou Brunch offering every Saturday and Sunday in their Restaurant and Bar.
Beginning Saturday, August 3 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Bayou Brunch will feature scratch-made Southern favorites such as Chicken and Waffles, made-to-order Omelets, Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffee, Jalapeno and Cheese Cornbread, Bourbon Bread Pudding, and much more. There will also be a Build Your Own Old Fashioned bar with bourbon and bitters. The restaurant’s regular menu will be available at 11:30 a.m.
Live Dixieland, Jazz, and Brass Band selections will be performed by Brown Bag Brass Band Trio.
The cost of the buffet is $33 for adults (10+) and $15 for children (3-9); there is no charge for children under 3. Alcohol, tax, and gratuity not included.
Fans of the World Famous Gospel Brunch need not worry as that offering will still be available in the Music Hall.
