If you are a lover of elephants and you want to learn more about the exceptional care they receive at Walt Disney World, we’ve got some great news about a new tour being offered at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Caring for Giants” is a unique, family-friendly backstage viewing experience of the majestic African elephants that live at Disney. The tour lasts for 60-minutes and guest will have the opportunity to meet with dedicated animal care experts who provide for the care and wellness of the elephant herd. African cultural representatives will also be on hand to share stories of Disney’s conservation efforts dedicated to the preservation of wild populations throughout their homeland.

This tour will be offered throughout the day between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Pricing for adults (ages 4-100) $30.00 and does not include park admission which is required to participate. A 2-day notice is required for cancellation and children must be 4 to attend. Any child aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
