Level99 is one step closer to welcoming its first guests at Disney Springs.
The new interactive entertainment venue celebrated its official arrival at Walt Disney World on Thursday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by company leaders and Disney executives. The highly anticipated attraction opens to the public on Monday, June 29, and tickets are available now.

To mark the occasion, Level99 Founder and CEO Matt DuPlessie, Chairman Ron Shaich, and Disney executives Debbie Hart and Megan Crosby used a ceremonial axe to cut the ribbon, a nod to one of Level99’s signature games, Axe Run, where players race across a balance beam while dodging swinging axes.

The Largest Level99 Yet
Located on Disney Springs’ West Side next to Drawn to Life presented by Cirque du Soleil and across from House of Blues, the new venue spans more than 46,000 square feet, making it the largest Level99 location to date.

Inside, guests will find 63 interactive challenge rooms and games, the most of any Level99 venue. The experiences combine physical challenges, puzzles, strategy, teamwork, and quick thinking, with most games lasting just a few minutes and designed for groups of two to six players.

The venue also features more than 40 original works of art displayed throughout its two levels, adding to the immersive atmosphere.

Food, Drinks, and a Two-Story Bar
When it’s time to take a break between challenges, guests can head to the venue’s centerpiece: a two-story bar serving handcrafted cocktails, local beers, and a menu of made-from-scratch favorites.

The menu includes award-winning Detroit-style pizza, wagyu burgers, and other shareable dishes, making Level99 as much a dining destination as it is an entertainment venue.

From Escape Rooms to Disney Springs

DuPlessie, often credited with helping pioneer the modern escape room, launched Level99 in 2021 after repeatedly waking up with ideas for a new kind of interactive gaming experience. He later partnered with Ron Shaich, founder of Panera Bread and current chairman of CAVA, to expand the concept nationwide.

The Disney Springs location becomes Level99’s fourth venue, joining locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Virginia. Four additional locations are currently under construction across the country.
Tickets Available Now
Admission starts at $29.99 per player, with options for 90-minute or 2.5-hour play sessions. Guests can also purchase a Premium Pass, which includes expedited check-in and exclusive gifts.
As an added bonus for opening day, the first 500 guests through the doors on June 29 will receive a commemorative Level99 pin.
With dozens of fast-paced challenges, a full-service restaurant and bar, and an experience unlike anything else currently offered at Walt Disney World, Level99 is poised to become one of Disney Springs’ newest entertainment hotspots.
