The Disneyland Resort has added some special menu items to celebrate Mother’s Day on May 14th.
At Carthay Circle Restaurant in Disney California Adventure, the kitchen will be serving a special Carthay Benedict, featuring two poached eggs on grilled petite filet mignon medallions with country cornbread, ranchero black beans, and poblano chili hollandaise. This special menu item will be available for lunch from 11:30am to 3:00pm.
Storytellers Cafe at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will offer their usual character breakfast buffet from 7:00am to 2:00pm. For Mother’s Day, the characters will stay around all day as the restaurant offers a special lunch/dinner buffet that will feature salads, charcuterie, hot selections, and special desserts. The cost for breakfast is $37 for adults and $22 for kids 3 to 11. Lunch/dinner is $40 for adults and $24 for kids.
Finally, Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel continues to offer its Classic Afternoon Tea, which will include some Mother’s Day-themed items for the holiday. Classic tea, scones, and tea sandwiches is priced at $50. For $65, enjoy premium tea which adds a glass of sparkling wine, a salad, and truffles.
