Muppets characters coming to Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom?

Reports are out that the Muppets will be coming to Liberty Square in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. WDW News Today is reporting that the ongoing update of Heritage House’s facade is part of the new experience, which will feature the Muppets characters teaching U.S. history to park guests. The Muppets will be in the second story windows of the building and will interact with guests. Walt Disney Imagineering built the characters in collaboration with the Jim Henson company.

This has not yet been officially announced by Walt Disney World, but testing is thought to be starting soon.
