Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has announced new dishes will be added to their menu. The five new menu items will be available to guests beginning April 1, 2024.
The new Fettucine Alfredo with Shrimp is pictured above. It is served with shrimp, pasta, cheese sauce, and fresh parsley.
Next is the Rigatoni Bolognese with ground beef, Italian sausage, and parmesan.
The next new dish is Braised Pork Osso Buco with creamy polenta, roasted cipollini onions, sweet peppers, and lemon gremolata.
The next dish is from the appetizer menu; Fried Mozzarella Sticks with marinara sauce and lemon aioli.
The second new appetizer is Mushroom, Artichoke, Cheese Dip with goat cheese, tomatoes, and toasted crostini.
On the dessert menu is a new Goat Cheese Mousse Tart topped with honeycomb and an edible flower served with blackberries and a cassis compote.
