Disney Ambassadors play an important role in supporting and representing cast members at Disney parks, resorts, and experiences worldwide. They serve as cheerleaders and storytellers, celebrating the people who bring Disney magic to life every day.
In their role, Disney Ambassadors lead and recognize cast, crew, Imagineers, and employees during major milestones such as grand openings, anniversaries, and special events. They also act as official spokespersons for their locations and champion Disney’s commitment to local communities around the globe.
These Ambassadors are selected for their dedication to showcasing the Disney difference both inside the parks and beyond, embodying the spirit and values of the company in all they do.
The 2026–2027 Disney Ambassadors for Disneyland Resort were officially named on September 18, 2025, during a ceremony at Disneyland Park. The event was attended by their families, fellow cast members, invited guests, and former Disney Ambassadors who came to celebrate the occasion.
Michele Mary and Oralia Neria Felix will represent thousands of cast members across Disneyland Resort, leading and participating in cast events, sharing Disney Cast Life stories, and acting as official spokespeople for the resort, to name just a few of the duties of this prestigious role.

The Disney Ambassador program has a rich history, dating back to the 10th Anniversary of Disneyland. Walt Disney himself appointed the very first Ambassador as part of the “Tencennial” celebration, selecting someone to represent the resort and attend events on his behalf.
