The Disney Parks Blog has released a look at three new MagicBand designs that will be available in March, either online or at Walt Disney World.
The first design is inspired by the much-photographed Purple Wall at the Magic Kingdom, which the designers worked hard on trying to get the color just right. The limited release Meet Me at the Purple Wall MagicBand will be available at ShopDisney.com beginning March 5th and will only be available for two weeks.
During the time that the Purple Wall MagicBands are available, guests can add the coordinating baseball cap for a discounted price.
Also being released is a new limited release grey Star Wars MagicBand that showcases the symbols of the Rebel Alliance, Galactic Empire and more. They will be available online beginning March 12 and in stores at Disney World beginning March 16th.
Finally, the 20th anniversary celebration at Disney’s Animal Kingdom begins soon and designers have come up a new limited edition brown MagicBand featuring several of the animals guests can see during their visit. There will only be 2,000 of the new MagicBands available and they will be sold exclusively at Animal Kingdom beginning March 21st.
