No Handmade Candy Canes at Disneyland in 2020

According to an article in the OC Register, the beloved tradition of handmade candy cane making will not be happening this year at the Disneyland Resort.

These freshly made candy canes have attracted fans year after year and guests wishing to purchase one would have to arrive early on the dates they were being made to get a wristband granting the opportunity to buy one.

Although Trolley Treats on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure park will reopen on Thursday, due to COVID-19 health and safety guidelines including physical distancing measures in place, the resort won’t be able to facilitate the production of the popular holiday treats.
