Revived ‘Bug Juice: My Adventures at Camp’ Will Return on July 16

Back in August, we reported that Disney Channel had begun production to relaunch Bug Juice.

According to Deadline, the revived show will premiere on Monday, July 16 at 7:30 p.m. on the Disney Channel, the DisneyNow app, and Disney Channel VOD.

Bug Juice: My Adventures at Camp is a glimpse into the summertime journey camp-goers of Camp Waziyatah in Waterford, ME go on. The docuseries shows what the next generation of kids at Camp Waziyatah did during the summer. Campers face “trying to fit in, being homesick and the ups and downs of friendship.” While many of the challenges remain the same, in this new iteration of the show campers face modern day challenges like giving up their cellphones.
