Slash Film is reporting what appears to be the first look at some of the characters and scenery from the upcoming live-action Beauty and the Beast film.
One of the images shared is of the new film’s take on Lumiere and Cogsworth in their inanimate state:
The photos were all posted by Twitter user mac, but the article mentions that the photo of Lumiere and Cogsworth will be included on the Beauty and the Beast: 25th Anniversary Edition release, which will be available in stores September 20, 2016.
Also shared is a shot from Gaston’s Tavern. You can see Gaston’s back and what appears to be Josh Gad, who has been cast as LeFou, Gaston’s sidekick.
mac also shared a shot of Dan Stevens, who plays the Beast. The photo shows him in his human form, rather than while he is enchanted as the Beast.
Beauty and the Beast will be released in theaters March 17, 2017.
So, do these shots make you more excited for this film? What do you think about Disney’s recent trend of converting their animated classics to live-action?

So, it should come as no surprise that one of her family's favorite ways to spend time is going to Walt Disney World and traveling on Disney Cruise Line. She also enjoys shopping, watching movies with her husband and doing crafts with and for her kids.
