Special New Year’s Eve dining options at the Disneyland Resort

Disneyland has released several special menus from around the Resort that will make for a special way to ring in the New Year!

Disney’s Grand California Hotel, Chef Andrew Sutton has created two New Year’s Eve options.  First is an elegant four-course dinner that will be served starting between 5:30pm and 6:30pm.  The Wine Country Feast of Winter Season Classics is $130.

Napa Rose will also host a New Year’s Eve Dance Party starting at 8:15pm that includes live music, a champagne reception and a five-course tasting menu.  The Party goes until 1am and costs $250, plus an optional $65 wine pairing.

Across at the Disneyland Hotel, Steakhouse 55 will extend the celebration with a special dinner menu on both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.  The menu includes Kumamoto oysters, a center cut filet mignon with crab meat salad, and a Manjari bittersweet chocolate terrine with fresh berries and white Godiva anglaise.   Dinner is $65, plus an optional $35 wine pairing.

Over at the Paradise Pier Hotel, the PCH Grill will offer a special New Year’s Eve version of their buffet from 5pm to 10pm, plus the Hotel’s Pacific Ballroom will be the home of a family friendly celebration, including characters and a balloon drop, that goes until 12:3am.  Cost is $75 for adults and $25 for kids 3 to 11.

Several restaurants in Disneyland Park are also featuring special menus.  Carnation Cafe is serving a surf & turf special featuring a sirloin and shrimp for $20, and Cafe Orleans is offering braised short ribs for $23.

The elegant Blue Bayou restaurant has a petite New York strip steak served on a rosti potato cake with crab meat and asparagus with cafe au lait sauce and bernaise for $44.
