There are millions of things that go on at the Walt Disney World Resort that guests never have the chance to see until the finished product is revealed in the public eye. Even though we don’t typically get to see or even hear about the different strategies that are used to keep things going, they do exist.
In hopes to improve the productivity and work satisfaction of Disney Maintenance Cast Members, Disney and AT&T together are making that happen by giving those Cast Members ready access to the information they need to do their jobs more efficiently.
Innovative technology along with digitized schematics and a backend algorithm has enabled seamless delivery of appropriate documentation to the correct Disney Cast Members when and where they need it making their jobs more effective in the long run.
