U.S. News & World Report has named the Four Seasons Orlando Resort the best hotel in Orlando. The hotel is not Disney-owned, but is actually located on Disney property and opened its doors August 3, 2014. This honor was in the “Orlando-Walt Disney World” category and was followed by The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The top 10 list also included Disney’s Wilderness Lodge at number nine and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge at number 10.

The hotel was number 115 on the list of “Best Hotels in the USA,” the only Central Florida hotel to make the list. In November, the Four Seasons Orlando was honored with the AAA five diamond award.

Her Chicago-born husband, David, left the city for her, and they're now raising their three children (Jacob, Jonah and Lydia) just 12 miles from her hometown. As the Senior Editor of the DIS (wdwinfo.com), Leah spends a lot of time writing about, reading about, and discussing Disney. So, it should come as no surprise that one of her family's favorite ways to spend time is going to Walt Disney World and traveling on Disney Cruise Line. She also enjoys shopping, watching movies with her husband and doing crafts with and for her kids.
