Update: Planet Hollywood Observatory is now taking reservations

After several delays, it appears that the Planet Hollywood Observatory in Disney Springs is now taking reservations and has an opening date. Reservations opened on January 24, 2017 and the first available reservation is for February 1st, 2017.

The updated restaurant was originally set to open in June 2016, but that date was pushed back several times due to construction delays.

Planet Hollywood Observatory features a new menu by celebrity Chef Guy Fieri.
