Original: As of 1:30 p.m. Walt Disney World is still facing some technical issues that began earlier today (10/19) around 10:30 a.m. throughout their online network including the My Disney Experience app, the official Walt Disney World website, and the call centers. Disney promises that they are “actively working to resolve this issue,” and they have apologized for the inconvenience.
