Now that the theme parks have started to reopen, Walt Disney World has detailed some additional extension benefits and refund options available to Annual Passholders.
We know that many Passholders are excited to get back to the magic—and we’re eager to see our cherished Passholders, too. We also recognize that Park reservations will change the way that many of our Passholders use their pass. With that in mind, we are offering these alternative options to manage your pass.
Passholders who have paid their Annual Pass in full have two options:
- Receive an extra 30-day extension on their pass (in addition to the time added for the theme parks being closed). This is the default choice and the extension will automatically be processed in the coming weeks.
- Instead, Passholders may choose to cancel their pass. A refund for remaining days from July 11 through pass expiration will be processed, however, the pass will remain valid through August 11.
Passholders on the monthly payment plan also have two options:
- Receive a 30-day extension on their pass. This is the default choice and the extension will automatically be processed in the coming weeks.
- Instead, Passholders may choose to cancel their pass. Monthly payments will stop after August 12, but any payments made between July 11 and August 12 will be refunded. Passes will remain valid through August 11.
The above are only available to Passholders who have not already cancelled their pass and are only available through August 11 by calling V.I.PASSHOLDER support at 407-939-7277. Expect refunds to the original form of payment to happen mid- to late-September. Refunds to another form of payment will take longer.
