“The Disney Parks’ Magical Christmas Celebration” will be airing as a two hour special on Christmas morning Sunday, December 25th, 2016, on ABC and the ABC app from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Amazingly this is the 33rd year of ABC’s Christmas celebration!
This year the television special will be hosted by “Dancing with the Stars” stars Julianne Hough and Derek Hough from the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.

Jesse Palmer from Good Morning America will be the correspondent over in Disneyland in Anaheim, California. Disneyland will be hosting the Christmas Parade as part of the event.
There is a number of celebrity performers at this year’s event including:
- Alessia Cara will perform “a holiday favorite” from Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort
- Mariah Carey is going to be performing her hit holiday song, “All I Want for Christmas is You” from the Disneyland Resort
- Sofia Carson will sing “Silent Night,” and she will be co-hosting from backstage at Walt Disney World Resort
- Kelly Clarkson will perform “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” on the stage in front of Cinderella Castle at the Walt Disney World Resort
- Gavin DeGraw sings “Merry Christmas Baby” in front of Cinderella Castle at the Walt Disney World Resort
- Jordan Fisher will sing “The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)” from Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort
- OneRepublic is going to be performing their song “Kids” from Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort
- Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks will be performing together from their new album, “Christmas Together,” in front of Cinderella Castle at the Walt Disney World
