Kangaroos, Flamingos, and Vultures return to their Tree of Life habitats

According to the Disney Parks Blog, the animals featured in front of Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s Tree of Life have returned. Kangaroos, lesser flamingos, and lappet-faced vultures have returned to their habitats in front of the Tree of Life. The animals were temporarily relocated for a construction project at the base of the Tree of Life. The construction seems to have been for the installation of the lights for the nighttime “awakening” of the tree, in which the Tree of Life will get lit with beautiful colors and imagery once the sun goes down. These animals were available to see at Discovery Island Trails while construction was underway.
