White Water Snacks, the quick serve location at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, reopened recently with a brand new menu! We’ve already updated the new menu on The DIS, but now the Disney Parks Blog has shared some pictures of the new food items that we thought your would enjoy.
Disneyland has also confirmed that White Water Snacks is now available for mobile ordering on the Disneyland App! Choose your food from your phone, an arrival time, then pick your order up using a much shorter line.
White Water Snacks is open from 6am to 9pm each day for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Speaking of breakfast, try the American Breakfast, the Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich, the Avocado Toast, or the Egg White Scramble. You’ll also find a new Roasted Vegetable Quiche or Three-Cheese Quiche.
If you’re looking for something sweet, try the Belgian Waffles topped with strawberries and chantilly cream or the Buttermilk Biscuit French Toast served with banana brulee and bacon dust.
For a light lunch grab a Poke Bowl or Rice bowl! The Poke Bowl comes with a choice of salmon, tuna or tofu, while the Rice Bowl is served with grilled beef, chicken, or tofu.
For something quick, grab one of the new handcrafted sandwiches! The Mortadella Sandwich comes on a pretzel roll, the Prosciutto, Lettuce & Tomato Sandwich is served on a French roll, and the Chicken Salad Curry Sandwich is in a butter croissant. White Water Snacks also has several new skewers, including Shawarma Chicken, Bulgogi Beef, and Mediterranean Vegetable.
The artisan pizzas are still on the menu and now include a Forest Mushroom Pizza and a new Charcuterie Pizza, made with pepperoni, prosciutto, salami, and fennel sausage.
Other new lunch/dinner items include the Cali-Grilled Angus Cheeseburger, the Sustainable Fish Tacos, and Chicken-Fried Brisket & Waffle.
Kids will enjoy a PBJ & N Sandwich (where the N stand for that famous chocolate-hazelnut spread) or a Parmesan-crusted Grilled Cheese. Standard chicken nuggets and mini corn dog nuggets are available as well.
Finally, for dessert enjoy a Root Beer Float or one of the chef’s Seasonal Crostata.
White Water Snacks is located near the Grand Californian’s entrance to Disney California Adventure, so popping in during a park day sometimes makes for a nice quiet lunch!
