Best Friends Pet Care offers boarding, daycare, grooming, play areas, and accommodations for dogs, cats, and other family pets, while Disney's dog-friendly resort program allows dogs to stay in approved rooms at Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney's Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, Disney's Art of Animation Resort, and The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Best Friends Pet Care at Walt Disney World offers pet boarding, daycare, and grooming services for guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort. Since only service animals are allowed in the theme parks, water parks, Disney Springs, and on Disney transportation, Best Friends Pet Care gives guests a nearby option for caring for dogs, cats, and other family pets during their vacation.

Dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines.
Cats must be up to date on Rabies and FVRCP vaccines.

Pet daycare is available for guests who need care for part of the day or for a full day while visiting Walt Disney World. Current daycare rates and availability should be confirmed directly with Best Friends Pet Care.
Playgroups:
To participate in playgroups, dogs must meet Best Friends Pet Care's current age, vaccination, spay/neuter, and behavior requirements.
Grooming:The grooming salon offers services by experienced pet stylists. Pets staying at Best Friends Pet Care, as well as pets visiting by appointment, may receive grooming services such as bathing, haircuts, nail care, and other treatments based on availability.

Day Camp:
Dogs have the opportunity to play with other friendly dogs in supervised day camp. All dogs must meet current Best Friends Pet Care requirements and pass an evaluation before participating.
Vaccinations and regular fecal checks are required for dog campers.
Dog Park:A fenced dog park is located near the main lobby. Registered pets staying at or visiting Best Friends Pet Care may use the dog park, based on current rules and availability.
Walt Disney World offers designated dog-friendly accommodations at select Disney Resort hotels. These rooms are located in certain sections of each resort, and an additional per-night pet fee applies. Dogs must be leashed or kept in a pet carrier when outside of the Guest room, and guests are responsible for their dog's care, behavior, and waste cleanup throughout the resort.
Dogs are the only pets allowed in Disney's dog-friendly resort rooms, with a maximum of two dogs permitted per Guest room. Dogs must be appropriately trained, well behaved, and up to date on vaccinations. Vaccination records must be available upon request, and dogs must be routinely treated for fleas and ticks.
Dogs may not be left unattended in a Guest room for more than seven hours. Housekeeping service is only available when dogs are not present in the room. Guests should contact Housekeeping to schedule a cleaning time. Upon check-in, guests receive a dog-specific "Room Occupied" door hanger, which should be displayed outside the room to alert Cast Members that a dog is inside.
Dogs are not permitted in Food & Beverage locations, Merchandise locations, Club Lounges, pool areas, or fitness centers. Dogs are also not permitted at other Disney Resort hotels, theme parks, water parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, or Disney Springs. Service animals are not subject to the same pet policy.
Guests with dogs may use internal buses, but dogs must remain in pet carriers for the duration of transit. Dogs are not permitted on other Walt Disney World Resort transportation, including Monorails, watercraft, and the Disney Skyliner.
Dogs staying in designated dog-friendly rooms receive Pluto's Welcome Kit, which includes helpful pet items for the stay. Rooms with a dog also receive a Pluto-themed door hanger to alert Cast Members that a dog is inside the room.
