Disney Shares Insight on Caring for Animals During Temporary Closure of Walt Disney World

Although the Walt Disney World theme parks are temporarily closed, the dedicated Disney Animal Care Team is hard at work behind-the-scenes caring for the thousands of animals that call Disney’s Animal Kingdom home. The animals still need to be fed and their habitats need regular cleaning.

The Vice President of Disney Animal, Science, and Environment – Dr. Mark Penning – and his team are busy making sure that all of the animals continue to thrive during the temporary closure of the park as well. Take a look at the video below as Mark shares more:
