Hey Disney Princess friends! There’s something pretty magical about seeing how Disney Princesses have changed with us over the years. From the original fairytale heroines, who were often sweet, gentle, and quietly waiting for their happily ever after, to a new generation of princesses who are every bit as brave, adventurous, quick-witted, and determined to write their own stories.
World Princess Week is the perfect excuse to celebrate that evolution, bringing together the royal storytelling we’ve grown up with while shining a spotlight on the very different personalities, dreams, and adventures that make each princess so special. And this year, Walt Disney World is getting in on the celebration with some fabulous new photo opportunities, giving guests the chance to add a little extra princess magic to their park day.
Whether your favorite is a classic princess, a fearless adventurer, a dreamer, a rule-breaker or a heroine who would much rather be exploring than sitting around waiting for her prince, there’s plenty to celebrate. So grab your fellow royals, find your favorite photo op, and let’s take a look at how Walt Disney World is celebrating World Princess Week!
