Disney shared a look Thursday at several new dishes that are now available at the signature restaurant, and the lineup leans heavily on seasonal ingredients, colorful presentations, and a mix of lighter options alongside classic favorites.
Seafood plays a big role in the update. One of the newly introduced dishes is Hamachi à la Newburg, which features thinly sliced yellowtail paired with rich, creamy elements and bright garnishes. Guests looking for vegetable-forward options will notice a few new additions as well. The Stuffed Butternut Squash combines warm, earthy flavors with a beautiful presentation, while the Beet and Kale Salad offers a fresh, vibrant option that adds more variety to the menu. For those sticking with a more traditional entrée, the Filet Mignon remains a staple, paired this season with updated accompaniments like Glazed Carrots, adding a pop of color and sweetness to the plate.
Another new addition, Seafood Fregola, blends shellfish with small pasta pearls, creating a dish that feels hearty while still fitting the spring theme.
