If there is one thing I love about Disney Springs, it is that there is always somewhere new to explore. With so many dining and entertainment options, choosing where to stop can feel almost overwhelming. Almost being the keyword there! This lively corner of the Walt Disney World Resort is filled with everything from quick-service treats to elegant table service restaurants and themed bars that make every visit feel special. Still, after reading a recent piece here on the DIS, I found myself thinking about one location in particular and how it manages to stand out from the rest this time of year.
Jock Lindsay’s Hangar Bar has always had a fun, adventurous spirit, but during the holidays, it takes things to a whole new level. Perfectly positioned in The Landing, where so much of the Disney Springs magic seems to gather, this little hideaway leans enthusiastically into the season. Instead of a few holiday accents and a cocktail with a festive name, Jock Lindsay’s goes all in with a themed makeover, special offerings, and that extra sparkle that makes it feel like a must-visit stop for holiday explorers.
The holiday menu is the first thing that grabs your attention, and it is filled with creative dishes that make your visit feel like part of the celebration. A Wreath of Wellington, Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs, Holiday Mine Car Meatballs, Jock’s Famous Pigs in the Blanket, and Turkey Egg Rolls return with all their seasonal charm. To finish things off, Cookies with Eggnog add a sweet touch that pairs beautifully with one of the specialty holiday cocktails. The Gingerbread Martini, Holiday Spritz, Tannenbaum, and Hot Cocoa Flight all bring their own type of cheer to the table and make choosing just one quite the challenge.

And of course, the atmosphere deserves a moment of its own. Jock Lindsay’s Hangar Bar transforms into a bright, quirky, wonderfully over-the-top holiday hideout. Picture classic festive decor mixed with just a hint of that old school, slightly chaotic Stranger Things energy, with colorful lights and nostalgic touches everywhere you look. It is cozy, fun, and filled with personality, which may be why so many guests return year after year to soak in the seasonal mood.
The more I thought about it, the more I wondered what our DIS community thinks. With so many beautifully decorated and spirited spots around Walt Disney World each holiday season, is Jock Lindsay’s Hangar Bar the most festive of them all? We want to know what you think.
