Summer days make me feel fine, and while I am busy planning my next trip to Walt Disney World down here in the freezing temperatures of winter in the Southern Hemisphere, there are some delightful new bites to look forward to at Typhoon Lagoon‘s H2O Glow After Hours Nights! Chicken and Mickey-shaped Waffle Sliders:
Chicken strips with lettuce, tomato, sriracha mayonnaise, and crispy prosciutto served on Mickey-shaped waffles with a side of maple balsamic glaze.

Large russet potato topped with barbecue barbacoa, prosciutto, scallions, and truffle sour cream.
