New Chef Selects Menu Options at City Works Disney Springs

Hey Disney dining friends! Tucked away in Disney Springs is a spot that I think a lot of families seem to walk past without a second thought, and honestly, I get it. From the outside, City Works Eatery and Pour House looks like your typical sports bar. Screens, casual vibes, nothing that immediately screams ‘must-do dining.’ But once you take a proper look at the menu, it tells a completely different story.

This place is a quiet overachiever. The menu is surprisingly diverse, with something for just about every craving you can think of. It’s one of my favorite go-to spots when you’re dining with a mixed group or a few fussy eaters, because everyone can find something they’re excited about. And can we talk about the salads for a second? They are so good. Not the boring, trying-to-be-healthy kind either. These are full of flavor, packed with fresh ingredients, and actually satisfying enough to feel like a proper meal as well as ticking the healthier option box.

If you like a little variety, the rotating Chef Selects menu is another reason to keep this one on your radar. Every eight weeks, the lineup refreshes with new dishes and drinks, which means there’s always something different to try. This current round is bringing some bold flavors, including a pastor pork tenderloin served with grilled pineapple salsa, cilantro, and adobo over cilantro-lime rice. And for dessert, things get a little playful with a funfetti funnel cake topped with ice cream, orange cream cheese frosting, berry jam, and a generous sprinkle of fruity cereal. Let’s take a peek:

Pastor Pork Tenderloin

Marinated Pork Tenderloin, Grilled Pineapple Salsa, Cilantro, White Onion, Cilantro-Lime Rice, Adobo Sauce, Micro Cilantro.

Funfetti Funnel Cake

Funnel Cake, Vanilla Ice Cream, Orange Cream Cheese Frosting, Berry Jam, Fruity Pebbles, Powdered Sugar.

Spicy Watermelon Paloma

Camarena Silver, Lime Juice, Chili Simple Syrup, Watermelon Syrup, Grapefruit Soda.

Lavender Margarita

Lunazul Blanco, Cointreau, Lavender Syrup, Agave Syrup, Housemade Sour Mix.

As you can see, the drinks are just as fun. The Lavender Margarita leans bright and floral, while the Spicy Watermelon Paloma brings that sweet-heat balance that’s very easy to sip your way through. I have a soft spot for interesting cocktails that don’t just rely on a philosophy of the sweeter, the better. The best part? These limited-time options are only available for a short window before the next round rolls in, so there’s always a reason to come back.

If you’ve ever brushed this spot off as ‘just a sports bar,’ like I used to, it might be time to take another look. The menu is full of unexpected dishes with a mix of influences that really deliver. It’s easily one of my go-to locations when I need something that works for everyone, or when I’m just craving that salmon… so good!
