Our recent Mickey’s Not-So-Scary adventure brought us to the one and only Casey’s Corner for some limited-time food items for Magic Kingdom and Halloween party attendees. I’m here to share our thoughts on a few of the items in case you’re booked for an October 2024 party, or maybe planning ahead for 2025. Our foodie recommendation may surprise you!

Both of these items are available at Casey’s Corner during regular park hours and during MNSSHP. Excuse me, LOADED corn dog nuggets?! These were on the top of our hype list of foods to try. Since both of these are essentially the same dish with either French fries or our beloved mini corn dogs as the base, we’ll review them together here.
Our helpings of barbecue pork were tender and well-shredded; but our helping of pork leaned into a vinegary taste and tinged the street corn element. The queso fresco, while salty, was a nice and creamy sauce. The fire-roasted corn and bell pepper were good, but were easily overpowered by the sauce and cheese. Overall, I felt like the tangy flavors from the street corn took over, and didn’t balance well with the sweet and crispy mini corn dogs. I found myself scraping off most of the toppings, just wanting to eat the French fries or corn dogs without the sauce.

Trick or TREAT. This was our dessert highlight of the evening! Not only is it adorable, but it tastes just as good as it looks. The pumpkin spice flavor within the soft and creamy cheesecake is divine. Pair this with a cup of coffee and you’re set for the late-night festivities.
