Sea Turtle Cookie
There have been endless variations of my Chocolate Chip Cookie since I started selling them from my kitchen in 2008. This month’s version might be the best representation of what, I think, makes Gideon’s special. Our tribute to the popular candy from 1918, the Sea Turtle Cookie nurtures you with premium Chocolate, Homemade Caramel that often busts out the sides, and whole Candied Pecans sprinkled with our signature Sea Salt. This masterpiece perfectly combines Sweet, Salty, Gooey, and Crunchy. If there is a must this year, this one is it. Available every day of September! Limit 2 per person while supplies last each day.

Sea Turtle Cake Slice
Available every Wednesday and Saturday this month, the Sea Turtle Cake Slice will delight you with three layers of our soft Chocolate Cake completely covered in a wonderful Butter Pecan Buttercream. Lace that with Caramel and top it with Candied Pecans, and you’ve got a Cake Slice to remember! Limit 2 per person.

Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew Returns! This was one of last year’s most popular offerings, so don’t miss out. Like all of our flavors, the Salted Caramel is 100% housemade and is also Vegan and Gluten-Free, though you would never know it! Available only at Gideon’s in Disney Springs for a limited time.
