The first of each month is always a fun time for me, as I get to take a look at all the new delicious flavors that flood Walt Disney World’s central dining district, Disney Springs. As many of you know, I’ve recently discovered that one of my favorite snack stops in Disney Springs is the delightful Gideon’s Bakehouse in The Landing, and each month, these creative geniuses announce new creations that can be enjoyed all month long. This time, we are learning more about the new citrus flavors that are perfect for summertime, along with a special new treat in honor of the Flavors of Florida celebration!
Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip:
Enjoy our vanilla bean cookie fused with orange essence and mixed with our favorite Chocolates. The exterior is covered in Pecan Pralines and Candied Orange Peel. The locals know this delicious Florida Cookie as Stuart’s Cookie!
Lemon Poppy Crumb Cookie:
Bonnie’s Cookie is Back! This delightful Cookie is a muffin lover’s dream! We start with the softest Lemon Cookie filled with Poppyseeds and pockets of White Chocolate. It’s topped with our Lemon Butter Crumbs and a thin Sugar Glaze!
Both are available every day of July at the East End Market and Disney Springs locations. Limit two per person while supplies last each day!
Mocha Orange Nitro Cold Brew RETURNS!
Perfectly smooth and bright, it’s our favorite Summer Drink. Oatmilk, Maple Syrup, Mocha, and Fresh Orange make this delicious, vegan, and GF! Available ONLY at Gideon’s in Disney Springs!
Flavors of Florida Special Treat!
We have a new offering brought to you by this year’s Gideon’s Flavors of Florida Ambassador, Bartholomew the Skunk Ape! Introducing the Key Lime Pie Cake Bars! This handmade dessert features our soft Key Lime Cake topped with Key Lime Cream Cheese Buttercream and a channel of Key Lime Curd. Then we dip it in Premium Dark Chocolate and sprinkle it with our Graham Cracker Crumble and Sea Salt! Available July 1st to August 11th! Limit 2 per person. Very limited each day! Please store and enjoy this cool.
