This season, Gideon’s is going all out with a holiday lineup that feels like a gift in itself. We’re talking two seasonal cookies, four decadent cakes, a minty cold brew that tastes like winter in a cup, and a handful of special limited desserts you’ll want to catch before they disappear. It’s all extra festive, delightfully over the top, and absolutely worth keeping an eye on their social channels for surprises. After all, it’s exactly what Santa would want.
The Kris Kringle Cookie
Kris Kringle Cookie! This complexly flavored White Chocolate Coffee Bean Cookie will fill your spirit with Coconut, Caramel, and Vanilla Bean notes. The bitterness of the Coffee Bean balances the sweetness to perfection. Available through Dec 31st!

The Hot Cocoa Cake
NEW CAKE ALERT! Florida doesn’t bring much in the way of winter but that doesn’t mean you can’t snuggle up with a slice of Hot Cocoa Cake in front the fireplace on your TV screen! Our mega soft Chocolate Cake double frosted with a unique new Hot Chocolate Mix Buttercream and a Marshmallow Buttercream layered with both Mini Marshmallows and Micro Mini Marshmallows, and covered in a White Chocolate Ganache.
Grab a slice at either location every Sunday through the rest of the year!

Lemon Gingerbread Cake

Krampus Cold Brew! Starting today through the rest of the year, Krampus has his own darkly refreshing drink, combining our Cold Brew with a rich and velvety Chocolate Mint homemade sauce! For that extra blast, we recommend pairing it with the Krampus Cookie! Only at Gideon’s in Disney Springs! Now in a 16 and 24oz option!
